Before downloading the game software, make sure you have previously downloaded the most current software for the Balance System SD or BioSway. Click links below to update software now.

• Balance System SD Software Update v4.0.12
• BioSway Software Update v4.0.12

If software is current, click the download button below and follow the instructions.

Note: We recommend downloading the file using Chrome/Firefox.
Internet Explorer Users: While downloading the file, it may download with “.zip” file extension. Please rename the file to “Recovery Rapids.biogame”, and change "Save as type" to "All Files (*.*)" if prompted. Otherwise, the software will not be automatically detected by our application.

Instructions:
For devices with a 15.6" display

FILE: Recovery Rapids.biogame

• Download the file and copy it to the root of a flash drive (not in a folder).
• Do not open the file after downloading.
• Insert the flash drive into the USB port of the display.
• Wait on the Home screen. Application will auto detect the game.
• When prompted, install the game. If multiple games have been downloaded, they will install consecutively. [No restart will be required.]
