Service Parts - Return Policy for Domestic Customers:

  • Returns requested within 30 days of shipping date may be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any shipping charges incurred.
  • All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original containers. Used equipment cannot be accepted for credit.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number. (Serial number must be provided at time of purchase to be eligible.)
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of RMA issue.
  • Credit is subject to Quality Control (QC) inspection upon receipt.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days.
  • Custom items may not be returned.

  • All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original containers. Used equipment cannot be accepted for credit.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number. (Serial number must be provided at time of purchase to be eligible.)
