ICD-10 (ICD-10-CM) | On October 1, 2015, ICD-10-CM code sets replaced ICD-9-CM to report diagnoses and inpatient procedures. The transition affected all entities and providers covered by Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA).

CPT Codes | The following codes may apply:
97110 | Therapeutic procedure, one or more areas, each 15 minutes; therapeutic exercises to develop strength and endurance, range of motion and flexibility. |
97112 | Neuromuscular re-education of movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and/or proprioception for sitting and/or standing activities. |
97116 | Gait Training (includes stair climbing). |
97530 | Therapeutic activities, direct (one-on-one) patient contact by the provider (use of dynamic activities to improve functional performance), each 15 minutes. |
97750 | Physical performance test or measurement (E.g. Musculoskeletal, functional capacity) with written report, each 15 minutes. |
