This microprocessor-controlled meter features reliable technology to ensure both ease of use and accurate readings. Designed specifically for nuclear medicine, it detects radiation using 100% digital technology, yet displays results on an easy-to-read analog scale. Fully auto-ranging, the meter features an internal energy compensated detector and an external pancake probe with four internal and four external ranges. Individual calibration controls for each range and each probe, cpm and gamma dose (mR/hr). Select either counts per minute (CPM) or dose mode using a simple switch, conveniently located on the front panel. Identifying the scale in use is visually apparent with two color scales (internal and external detector). Automatic diagnostics for low battery, probe overload and HV out of range help assure top performance.
